Movie night, the pan sizzling, and the first bite of a cheese hot dog pulls a string of melted Emmental with it. The kids go quiet, the grown ups reach for a second one, and dinner took ten minutes.
Our cheese hot dog is the classic Balady beef frankfurter, made with real Emmental, the mild, nutty Swiss cheese that melts smooth and creamy. As it heats, the cheese softens into the beef, so every bite is juicy, savory and a little stretchy.

How Our Cheese Hot Dogs Are Made
We make them from our own Balady beef and real Emmental cheese, then freeze them right after making to keep them at their best.
How to Cook Cheese Hot Dogs
Our cheese hot dogs come fully cooked, so they only need heating. Warm them in hot, lightly salted water just below a boil for about 5 minutes, or pan fry, grill or bake them over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes, turning often, until browned and hot all the way through. Gentle heat lets the Emmental melt without splitting the skin. Load them into soft buns with mustard, ketchup, pickles, crispy onions or sliced jalapeños, or slice them into pasta and homemade pizza.
Why Farm House Cheese Hot Dogs
Every cheese hot dog starts with Balady calves naturally raised on our own farm for about 400 days, with zero hormones and zero chemicals. Each batch is made by our team with no bare hand contact, and frozen the moment it is done.

The hot dog everyone at home will ask for by name, the grown ups included.

Make it a full movie night with classic beef hot dogs, cheese stuffed burgers and crispy chicken pané.
