How to Cook Marinated Shish Tawook

Thread the cubes on skewers with peppers and onions and grill over charcoal, turning often, for 10 to 12 minutes, until browned and cooked through. Or cook them in a grill pan or the oven at 220°C. Serve with thomeya garlic sauce, fries, pickles and Syrian bread, or over rice with grilled vegetables.
