1. Placing your order
Order on our website, by phone or on WhatsApp on 0120 089 1111. The minimum order is EGP 1,000. After you order, our team calls you to confirm your order and delivery time.
2. Same day delivery
Orders confirmed before 7 PM are delivered the same day, usually within 3 hours of confirmation. Orders placed after 7 PM go out on the next available delivery slot.
3. Delivery areas
We deliver across Cairo and Giza. Choose your area at checkout.
Order before 7 PM for same-day delivery. Delivery fee is confirmed on the call.
4. Delivery fees
Delivery is free on orders over EGP 5,000. For smaller orders, our team confirms the delivery fee with you on the confirmation call.
5. Packing and freshness
Every order is freshly cut, cleaned, vacuum packed and delivered refrigerated in insulated packaging. If an item is unavailable, we call you to offer a substitute or a refund.
6. Order updates
You receive updates on your order by SMS, WhatsApp or email. For anything urgent, call us.
7. Changes and cancellations
You can change or cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. Once an order is out for delivery it cannot be cancelled.
8. Receiving your order
Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address. If no one is there, we will call you. Extra delivery attempts may have an extra charge.
9. Problems with your order
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with photos. See our Refund and Returns Policy.
