1. Who we are
Farm House is a premium Balady beef and farm chicken butcher based at 13 G Street 198, El Kada Buildings, Degla, El Maadi, Cairo 11693, Egypt.
2. Orders and confirmation
- The minimum order is EGP 1,000.
- Every order is confirmed by a call from our team. An order is accepted once we confirm it with you.
- If an item is unavailable, we call you to offer a substitute or a refund for that item.
3. Prices and weights
- All prices are in Egyptian pounds.
- Prices are for the net, cleaned weight you receive. We clean and trim every cut before weighing it.
- Prices can change without notice. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
4. Payment
You can pay cash on delivery, or pay online at checkout by debit or credit card or mobile wallet. Online payments are processed securely by Paymob. We never see or store your card details.
5. Delivery
We deliver across Cairo and Giza. Delivery times, areas and fees are explained on our Shipping Policy page. Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order and keep it refrigerated.
6. Changes and cancellations
You can change or cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by calling us. Once an order is out for delivery it cannot be cancelled.
7. Returns and refunds
Because fresh meat is perishable, returns are accepted when a product arrives spoiled or damaged, or when you receive the wrong item. Please report it within 24 hours of delivery. The full details are on our Refund and Returns Policy page.
8. Storage after delivery
Please refrigerate or freeze your order as soon as it arrives. We cannot accept claims for products that were not stored correctly after delivery.
9. Offers and discount codes
Offers and discount codes are valid for the period and the products stated, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined unless we say so.
10. Your account and your data
You can order as a guest or with an account. You are responsible for keeping your account details private. How we use your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
11. Product photos and content
Product photos show the cut as it is prepared. Every piece is natural, so size, shape and marbling vary slightly from piece to piece. All text and photos on this website belong to Farm House and may not be copied without our permission.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the one that applies.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
