Orders and Delivery
Orders confirmed before 7 PM are delivered the same day, usually within 3 hours of confirmation. Orders placed after 7 PM go out on the next available delivery slot.
We deliver across Cairo and Giza. Choose your area at checkout. You can see the full list on our Shipping Policy page.
Delivery is free on orders over EGP 5,000. For smaller orders, our team confirms the delivery fee with you when we call to confirm your order.
Yes, the minimum order is EGP 1,000. Mix any cuts you like to reach it.

No. You can check out as a guest. If you tick “Create an account” at checkout, you can track your orders and reorder faster next time.
We call you to confirm every order. After that you receive updates by SMS, WhatsApp or email. If you have an account, you can also see the status under My Orders.
Yes, within 30 minutes of placing it. Call us on 0120 089 1111. Once an order is out for delivery it cannot be cancelled.

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will offer a replacement, a refund or store credit.
Because fresh meat is perishable, we can only accept returns if the product arrives spoiled or damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Refunds go back to your original payment method, or you can choose store credit for your next order.
Put it in the fridge as soon as it arrives. If you will not cook it in the next few days, keep it sealed in its vacuum pack and put it in the freezer.
